Posterior Shoulder Stretch: Hold one arm across your body, pulling the elbow into your chest for a soothing shoulder stretch. Hold on each side for up to 30 seconds.

Shoulder Rolls: Lift your shoulders, roll them backward, and let the tension dissipate as they slowly fall. Repeat for a rejuvenating experience. Repeat 5-6 times each side.

Sitting Back Extensions: Sit straight, palms in the small of your back, lean back, and feel the stretch in your lower back. Repeat 3 – 5 times.

Neck Rotations: Turn your head from side to side, feeling the gradual stretch in the muscles on the outside of your neck. Hold for 3 – 5 seconds and repeat 4 – 5 times each side.

Upper Shoulder and Neck Stretch: Sit on one hand, tilt your head away, and slightly forward, experiencing a gentle stretch in your neck and shoulder. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat for 3 – 5 times each side. 

Backward Shoulder Extension: Stand up, clasp your hands behind you, and lift your arms for relief in your shoulders. Hold for 3 – 5 seconds and repeat 3 – 5 times.

Overhead Shoulder Extension: Hold both arms above your head, linking your hands and reaching as high as possible to stretch your shoulders. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 3 – 5 times.
