Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions

To ensure smooth operations, please familiarize yourself with our studio policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!


Cancellations by Students

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full cost of the session. However, if 24 hours’ notice is provided, the missed class can be carried forward for up to 2 months, to be taken when space is available. This policy applies to both private and group classes.


Cancellations by the Studio

If a group class has fewer than three participants, we may cancel the class. We will notify everyone as early as possible. While we strive to avoid last-minute cancellations, there are times when this is unavoidable due to technical issues or late cancellation notices. In the event of a studio cancellation, the missed class will be rescheduled within 2 months, subject to availability.


Mobile Phones

Please keep your phone turned off during class, unless you are expecting an emergency call. In that case, kindly inform the instructor and keep your phone on vibrate mode.


Studio Area

For your safety and comfort, please remove shoes, coats, sunglasses, and jewelry before entering the workout area. Personal belongings and shoes can be stored in the provided lockers or designated areas outside the workout space.


Attire

We recommend comfortable workout clothing. We work out without shoes, but gripper-bottom socks are ideal for equipment-based classes and private sessions. We offer these socks for purchase at the studio.


Hygiene

Please ensure that your hands and feet are clean before using any equipment. We advise against using sunscreens or body lotions, as they can damage the equipment. Every student is expected to clean any equipment used before leaving the studio, as a courtesy to others.


Health

We strive to create a safe space for all. If you’re feeling unwell (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.), please refrain from attending class. Kindly inform us by email or WhatsApp, and rest to recover.


Children

For safety and courtesy, we ask that children wait in the designated area outside the studio during sessions. Pilates equipment is safe when used with focus and attention.


Payments

All sessions must be prepaid at the beginning of the package or month. We operate with a no-refund policy. However, prepaid sessions that cannot be attended can be credited toward online sessions or equipment use.


Covid-19 Safety Measures

We adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and maintain higher standards than those recommended by health authorities. Before entering the studio, your temperature will be checked, and you’ll be asked to sanitize your hands and sign the following declaration:

“I confirm that I have not been experiencing symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 nor have I been in close contact (within the last 14 days) with anyone who has.”

If you need to cancel due to a COVID-related medical appointment, test, quarantine, etc., a makeup class will be granted, even if the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please note, this exception only applies to COVID-related issues and does not extend to general illness or to family members.
